★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Programaron una fecha de atención y no tuvieron niña delicadeza de avisar que no podían, en 48 horas jamás llamaron, hasta que nos quejamos con SAMSUNG México, les hablaron y vinieron el mismo día, el técnico bien capacitado solucionó el problema muy rápido. El servicio al cliente es pésimo. Es una lastima que no exista otro CAS de Samsung en Oaxaca.
They scheduled a service date and they didn't have the courtesy to notify them that they couldn't, in 48 hours they never called, until we complained to SAMSUNG Mexico, they spoke to them and they came the same day, the well-trained technician solved the problem very quickly. Customer service is lousy. It is a pity that there is no other Samsung CAS in Oaxaca.
