★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve una mala experiencia con el área de recursos humanos, al llevar mi proceso de contratación yo iba como técnico electricista y me realizaron un examen de campo todo bien, hasta firmar contrato me di cuenta que iba como ayudante, al reclamar del puesto que me estaban contratando me explicaron que solo tenían puesto de ayudante y que si no me interesaba tenían mas gente que si podía tomarlo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo experiencia en mantenimiento general 20 años y en el tiempo que trabaje para ellos en 2017 a 2018. el material siempre escaseaba teníamos que hacer milagros con el poco material que teníamos, eléctrico, hidráulico, acabados etc. los condominos se nos ponían muy pesados sin saber como teníamos que trabajar, y no los culpo ellos pagaban mucho de mantenimiento. no dure mucho como un año, por lo mismo que eran muchos problemas. Positivo: la paga no falta, dan uniforme, y prestaciones de ley
Negativo:No te contratan como técnico solo ayudante a menos que se habrá un nuevo servicio, cambian de razón social muy frecuente, como de servicom a servife integra o bosques, si pides aumento al año no lo autorizan, si estas solo en el servicio y no va el técnico ay que arreglárselas como sea aunque estés solo.
En ese tiempo me pagaban 3000 a la quincena y a técnico 3800
