Приятное место, дружелюбные , профессиональные сотрудники, вкусно готовят. Я попросила еду наверх на двоих, приготовили ровно сколько надо (не много, а на высоте больше и не съешь). Везде сам Доктор контролировал , и когда поднимались на джипе, и когда нам готовили. Джип нас вёз шагом. Так аккуратно . Мы много катались по бездорожью. Советуем, ещё и познавательно.

Super klimat starej fabryki mydła, bardzo dobrze zorganizowany cały 4-dniowy trekking na Pico de Orizaba. Bardzo dobry kontakt e-mailowy przed przyjazdem, kierowcy bardzo pomocni. Smaczne meksykanskie jedzenie. Mielismy okazję spedzic czas z doświadczonymi przewodnikami, czuliśmy się zaopiekowana do samego konca :)

This is an amazing hostel! My freinds and I stayed while climbing Pico de Orizaba. Senior Reyes and his staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable. The food is delicious and they made logistics very easy. I highly recommend a stay a servimont!

Very very recommendable! If you want to hike Pico de Orizaba, I can highly recommend this place. Very nice staff, great equipment, kind owner, original and cosy accommodation. I had a great time.

I used Servimont in Nov 2019 to climb Orizaba and Iztaccihuatl. Overall the experience at the time was good. However two things have disheartened me from recommending Servimont for any future climbers. 1. On our day off between climbs we (team of 4 climbers) went to the city of Puebla. Dr Reyes organized the transport and told us it would cost us $150 US each!!! This was for a round trip of about 4 hours driving. $600 for a driver and car for the day in Mexico was extortionate!!! Unfortunately we had no other option at such short notice and had to use the service. 2. We left $400 with Dr Reyes to cover tips for our three climbing guides. As Dr Reyes organized local guides for our climbs. They did an excellent job and the tips were well earned. In January 2021 one of our climb team members used two of these guides again, for some private climbs in Ecuador. It was at this time he was notified that Dr Reyes did not pass on our tip money to the three climbing guides. It made me very angry and disappointed to hear this. Especially since it says on our trip details that “Tips: Recommended 10-15% from total as tips. Very well appreciated by the staff." If they don’t receive the tips, how are they supposed to appreciate them!!

Stayed 2 nights at Servimont before using the 4x4 truck service to the base of Pico de Orizaba. Reyes was very accommodating of our rental gear needs on short notice and provided great advice for our summit attempt on the mountain. The hostel is very clean, organized and has everything you need for both prepping and returning from your climbing on Pico de Orizaba.
