El día que iba a ser la limpieza no llegaron a la hora pactada y les tuve que localizar por teléfono. Llegaron tres horas después a hacer el servicio. Me explicaron que según había ocurrido una equivocación y que no volvería a pasar. Ahora (seis meses después) les contacté de nuevo (puesto que decidí darles una oportunidad ya que me confirmaron que no volvería a pasar) para el mismo servicio. La semana pasada se pactó que el día de hoy llegarían a las tres. Les mandé mensaje en dos ocasiones la semana pasada para que no fuera a pasar lo mismo y el día de hoy en la mañana. Jamás me contestaron y por su puesto no llegaron a realizar el servicio. Son poco profesionales, impuntuales y realmente te hacen perder el tiempo. Mejor busquen otro proveedor si no quieren perder el tiempo y la paciencia. De verdad. Seven months ago I hired the cleaning of a water tank, which I paid for in advance. They explained to me that a mistake had occurred and that it would not happen again. Now (six months later) I contacted them again (since I decided to give them a chance since they confirmed that it would not happen again) for the same service. Last week it was agreed that they would arrive at three today. I texted them twice last week so the same thing wouldn't happen and this morning. They never answered me and of course they did not perform the service. They are unprofessional, unpunctual, and really waste your time. Better find another provider if you don't want to waste time and patience. Really.

Perdón, no es una empresa, es un changarro, pueden verificarlo en sus respuestas a clientes que más que "propias" denotan cero preocupación por sus clientes y cinismo. Que les sirva el dinero que quedaron a deber al fraccionamiento, se ve que tienen muchísima hambre.
