Compre un carrito CH100 de Hamburguesas y Hot DogS de la marca Servinox en la sucursal de Leon, Gto, por el cual pague $9,600.00 en efectivo. Esperando contar con un producto de calidad y que me diera rendimiento pero mi sorpresa fue que el carrito tenia varios defectos y lo tuve que devolver al tercer dia de haberlo comprado; primero las llantas a la primer rodada dejaron de funcionar correctamente ya que no se podia inflar porque la valvula quedo oculta por dentro, segundo los quemadores estaban mal instalados y conectados y causo fuga de gas, incluso mi trabajador se quemo al prenderlo el segundo dia. Tambien hay que tomar en cuenta que el carrito esta hecho de materiales muy economicos lo cual en mi punto de vista lo hacen casi desechable con una vida operativa muy corta. Por ultimo, el servicio de devolucion y reembolso es muy malo. Yo les informe de mi inconformidad con tiempo y hice la devolucion del carrito. Pero tengo que esperar mas de una semana para que me hagan el deposito de mi reembolso (Tomando en cuenta que me cobraron el 20% por devolverlo). Moraleja, NO GASTEN SU DINERO EN PRODUCTOS DE MALA CALIDAD! I usually do not make such comments on the internet, but this time I do not want to be left without an opinion.
