Ah y ahorrense su respuesta automática de "estamos mejorando" porque es obvio por sus reseñas que no. Please stay away from this "company". Terrible service and I don't know who is in charge of WhatsApp but they take days to respond. Oh and save your "we're getting better" automatic response because it's obvious from your reviews that we're not.
h	heritzy ixtab on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lleve mi impresora para mantenimiento, me la devolvieron, según el daño que tenia es por usar tonner general, y le pusieron uno de ellos, cuando se termina el tonner, le pongo uno original y resulta que no quiere imprimir, al momento de reclamar la garantia, me dicen que se rompio una pieza, y que fue mi culpa... no se hicieron responsables del daño, además de eso les comenté que ya no quería ni siquiera digitalizar, cuando yo se las entregue funcionando, solo necesitaba mantenimiento. la lleve a otro centro de reparación y me enseñaron el daño que le hicieron a la impresora, que de hecho le habían cambiado algunos cables, que se veía a leguas que no eran de ahí. por el tema del tonner me dijeron que solo usara originales, cuando fui a recogerla me querían vender ellos uno, que de igual manera era genérico... entonces no veo cual era la congruencia de su recomendación I took my printer for maintenance, they returned it to me, according to the damage it had is from using general tonner, and they put one of them, when the tonner is finished, I put an original one and it turns out that it does not want to print, at the time of claiming the Guarantee, they tell me that a piece broke, and that it was my fault ... they were not responsible for the damage, in addition to that I told them that I no longer wanted to even digitize, when I delivered them working, I only needed maintenance.
