★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no caigan en el truco de esta empresa. Yo tengo dos meses tratando de que me arreglen mi lavadora, me han sacado mucho dinero y aún no queda lista. Ya me dijeron varias personas que les pasó lo mismo, no comentan el error de contratarlos, son lo peor en atención al cliente y nunca contestan el teléfono.

La falla era tirar agua, a la tercera visita ya no enfría, nos niegan hablar con el supervisor. Quienes contestan en teléfono son groseras y poco útiles, dicen que el supervisor es Omar C. Pedí cambio de técnico y se respaldan en que es el único para la zona. No utilicen su servicio.

Do not use there services, because now they want to sell me another washing machine for more money and the money that I have already spent I could have bought a new washing machine !!
