★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En el servicio que vinieron a ser a la casa de nuestra lavadora fue magnífico. El problema es el envío de refacciones se tardan mucho. Cuando fui a pedirlas personalmente aquí en Boca del Río Veracruz, me dieron un número telefónico para estar en contacto. Nunca lo contestaron para darme razón de las refacciones. Tuve que ir de nuevo para ver si ya las tenían y si, llegaron pero una de ellas no era la que yo necesitaba. Me dijeron que la manguera que va por fuera para llenar la lavadora no tiene refacción y me dieron la que va por dentro. Si venden un producto deben de mantener todas las refacciones vigentes
The service that they came to be at the house of our washing machine was magnificent. The problem is the shipment of spare parts takes a long time. When I went to ask for them in person here in Boca del Río Veracruz, they gave me a telephone number to be in contact. They never answered it to give me a reason for the spare parts. I had to go again to see if they already had them and yes, they arrived but one of them was not the one I needed. They told me that the hose that goes outside to fill the washing machine does not have a spare part and they gave me the one that goes inside. If they sell a product they must keep all the spare parts in force
