★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al principio todo bien hasta van enseguida a atender el problema. Luego ponen piezas que no son para ese modelo y dan largas para hacer valida la garantía tengo cuatro meses esperando por la reparación, dicen que van y no llegan. Muy mal servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pague 6000 pesos en total prometiéndome que quedaría mi lavadora... la primera vez 4 mil que porque era la tarjeta y no la use porque pedí que la llevaran a una casa a la que me mudaría finalmente me mudé y cuando la quise poner a trabajar no servía hable y me dijeron que ya no tenía garantía y que no podían hacer nada. Fueron a verla de lindos y que ahora era la bomba pagué 2 mil pesos más el 28 de Julio y aún no funcionó y hoy 13 de sep no me pueden arreglar mi lavadora. Ya pedí el reembolso y que no me pueden dar dinero y su gran solución es darme una "reparada" y una garantía de solo dos meses además de 1500 pesos... su gran oferta fue de traerme una nueva pero que les diera 500 pesos con la misma garantía de solo dos meses... me comuniqué a un teléfono en su página de servicio y me contestaron que iban a revisar mi caso pero no he recibido respuesta... pésimo servicio esto ha sido un robo y un abuso. Solo gasté mi dinero confiando en servicios que se anuncian como profesionales y no lo son.

I paid 6000 pesos in total, promising that my washing machine would be left ... the first time 4 thousand because it was the card and I did not use it because I asked to be taken to a house where I would move. I finally moved and when I wanted to put it to work I did not speak and they told me that I had no guarantee and that they could not do anything. They went to see it beautiful and now it was the pump I paid 2 thousand pesos more on July 28 and it still did not work and today Sep 13 I can not fix my washing machine. I already asked for the refund and they can not give me money and their great solution is to give me a "repaired" and a guarantee of only two months plus 1500 pesos ... their great offer was to bring me a new one but to give them 500 pesos with the same guarantee of only two months ... I contacted a phone on their service page and they answered that they were going to review my case but I have not received an answer ... lousy service this has been a theft and abuse. I only spent my money trusting services that advertise themselves as professionals and are not.

A parte les pedí factura y me dieron una cuenta para depositar que no corresponde a los datos fiscales por lo tanto la factura no me sirvió . No los volveré a contratar
Bad service, I hit for dryer maintenance and they did nothing to it, after 2 weeks it failed me, before the service there was no problem. Besides, I asked them for an invoice and they gave me an account to deposit that does not correspond to the fiscal data, therefore the invoice did not work for me. I will not hire them again

TENGAN CUIDADO.... se llevan tu equipo te piden les deposites anticipo ... te regresan el equipo y te presionan a que les deposites el resto y resulta que no le hicieron nada al equipo y sigue igual ... me estafaron por $1,500.00 pero demandare y al técnico gordo de la camioneta ya lo tienen ubicado.
It's FRAUD... BE CAREFUL.... they take your equipment and ask you to deposit it in advance... they return the equipment and pressure you to deposit the rest and it turns out that they didn't do anything to the equipment and it's still the same... They scammed me for $1,500.00 but I will sue and they already have the fat technician of the truck located.
