★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio marcamos para que nos mandaran un técnico y mandaron uno que no era de la empresa ,era externo cobro 2400 por el solenoide de una lavadora Samsung y solo lavo 4 veces bien y volvió a fallar de lo mismo ,y le marcamos y ya nos bloqueo llamadas y mensajes para no venir a solucionar el problema o devolver dinero
Very bad service, we called for a technician to send us and they sent one that was not from the company, it was an external charge of 2400 for the solenoid of a Samsung washing machine and I only washed 4 times well and it failed again, and we dialed it and that's it. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, pésimo servicio y pésimo personal.
NO los contraten es perdida de tiempo, dinero y para colmo te dan millones de vueltas pero jamas queda. Los dolores de cabeza que le dieron a mi madre por estar sin lavadora un mes no se los deseo a nadie, gasto al rededor de 4mil pesos y cuando al principio solo era un problema termino inservible la lavadora pero bien que se la querían llevar para sacarle algo de provecho.
Terrible attention, terrible service and terrible staff.
DO NOT hire them, it is a waste of time, money and to top it off they give you millions of laps but it never remains. I don't wish anyone the headaches that my mother got from being without a washing machine for a month, I spend around 4 thousand pesos and when at first it was just a problem I ended up useless the washing machine but they wanted to take it away to get it out. something of benefit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo mejor que pude hacer para instalar una parrilla, me la instalaron gratis porque la compre en liverpool y no me dijeron sobre esto que era gratis, gracias por ser tan honestos, el técnico se porro muy bien.
The best thing I could do to install a grill, they installed it for me for free because I bought it in liverpool and they didn't tell me about this that it was free, thanks for being so honest, the technician spliced very well.

Terrible service and overpriced. Repair did not work, refusal by customer service to make the warranty valid. Too many evasions and broken promises.
