★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención en este lugar fue buena. Pero al hacerle servicio a mi auto me lo entregaron con una falla de aceleración. El joven encargado del lugar nos dijo no saber que le pasaba. Simplemente dijo que no le habían hecho nada más que el servicio. Después solicitó a su Mecánico llamado Juan, que el nos atendiera. Porque el si sabría como ayudarnos. Le dejamos en su taller el auto y nos cobró 2341 pesos. Y nos lo entregó igual. Quedó de hacer una cita con un eléctrico conocido y nos dejó plantadas. Muy mala actitud del Mecánico. Con lo que respecta a fairestone. Buena atención.
Agradezco la respuesta y aclaro. Está en plaza Sendero. Pero con gusto escribo al correo que me dieron. Lo puse por aquí porque salen fotos de la sucursal de sendero en Av. Revolución.
The attention in this place was good. But while servicing my car they delivered it to me with an acceleration failure. The young man in charge of the place told us that he did not know what was wrong with him. He simply said that they had done nothing but service to him. Then he asked his Mechanic named Juan, to attend us. Because he would know how to help us. We left the car in his workshop and he charged us 2341 pesos. And he gave it to us the same. He arranged to make an appointment with a known electrician and he stood us up. Very bad attitude from the Mechanic. With regards to fairestone. Good attention.
