Solo habría que mejorar la comunicación entre su personal de contacto y el técnico para que sea realmente eficiente el proceso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vinieron me "arreglaron" la secadora y a los 2 días comenzó a hacer un ruido muy feo les mande video y quedaron de venir.. Pero nunca vinieron. Terminé hablándole a otra persona y resulta que le pusieron un pedazo de manguera donde iba un cople, cabe recalcar que el cople si estaba, pero no lo buscaron.
They came and "fixed" my dryer and after 2 days it started making a very ugly noise. I sent them a video and they agreed to come... But they never came. I ended up talking to another person and it turned out that they put a piece of hose where a coupling was going, it should be noted that the coupling was there, but they did not look for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ESTAFADORES, no tiren su dinero a la basura, van a tu domicilio a revisar tus electrodomésticos y te arreglan cosas que no tiene nada que ver con la falla y tardan días en contestar, jamás regresaron mi dinero y ahora hasta bloquearon mis llamadas y mensajes. Nefasto servicio de inexpertos y fraudulentos. Al no dar el servicio exigí mi reembolso y quedaron formalmente de depositarlo y jamás llegó y el que no se haga tonto es usted señor, ya que casualmente no tiene trabajadores pero si pudo contactar a su "hermano" quien nos atendió y todo el tiempo negó trabajar con alguien, lo siento si le pesa pero es la realidad de sus servicios nefastos que necesidad de estar buscando yo su domicilio cuando por cierto tienen otro
