★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me cobraron y no me arreglaron mi lavadora. Pésimo seguimiento. Llevo 3 meses atrás de ellos y a la fecha no resuelven mi problema.
 They charged me and they didn't fix my washing machine. Terrible follow up. I've been 3 months behind them and to date they don't solve my problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El técnico David, no me arregló mi refrigerador. Me lo dejó igual de mal. No llegó a la cita acordada para que NUEVAMENTE me lo arreglara. Se volvió a fijar cita, y justo ese dia y con la mano en la cintura me dijo que podía llegar dos horas después de lo acordado. Me cobró carísimo, no me dejó nota. Cuando cancelé el servicio, porque era ridículo esperarlo dos horas más, me dijo que en la nota que me "había dado" se estipulada que solo se me regresaría un pequeño porcentaje si se cancelaba el servicio. Pésimo servicio.
Technician David didn't fix my refrigerator. It left me just as bad. He did not arrive at the agreed date so that I could fix it AGAIN. He set an appointment again, and just that day and with his hand on his waist he told me that he could arrive two hours later than agreed. He charged me dearly, he left no note. When I canceled the service, because it was ridiculous to wait two more hours, he told me that in the note he had "given me" it was stipulated that I would only return a small percentage if the service was canceled. Terrible service.
