Llevo 2 semanas esperando que los técnicos de la empresa se vuelvan a presentar para traer las piezas que se llevaron (puerta de la lavadora y sensor de agua Samsung). Sólo excusas. Les di ultimatum de 24 horas para traer las piezas. POR FAVOR, NO ARRIESGUE SU APARATO ELECTRÓNICO Y VAYA CON OTRO PROVEEDOR "AUTORIZADO".
 By far the worst service I have ever received. I've been waiting 2 weeks for the company's technicians to show up again to bring the parts they took (washing machine door and Samsung water sensor). Just excuses. I gave them a 24-hour ultimatum to bring the pieces. PLEASE DO NOT RISK YOUR ELECTRONIC DEVICE AND GO TO ANOTHER "AUTHORIZED" PROVIDER.
