★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy amables y todo, pero la verdad es que el servicio dejo mucho que desear, pague 900 por un servicio para que vinieran a checar una instalación de un minisplit (Tecnico Sr Moises), al final del trabajo, el minisplit no enfriaba, me dio un diagnostico que era una falla de una placa del motor y que se tenia que reemplazar el costo por esto seria mas o menos 3000, pero como mi equipo todavía tenia garantía hable a mabe para hacerla valida, los técnicos de mabe en cuanto llegaron revisaron el equipo diciéndome que estaba bien, el problema se encontraba en la instalación eléctrica, solucionándolo rápido, los técnicos de mabe me cobraron 300. Al otro día le marque al señor Moises (Técnico de servitecni) explicándole lo ocurrido y expresandole mi disgusto que no se me hacia justo haber pagado los 300, cuando se supone que ese diagnostico debió ser realizado por el, le solicite que lo justo era que ellos cubrieran ese servicio de los 300 y me dijeron que me regresaria la llamada, pasaron los dias le escribi y jamas me contestaron ni respondieron un mensaje. Esta es mi experiencia con el local, la verdad no los recomendaría, la calidad de su trabajo deja mucho que desear. Se me hace poco profesional lo que hicieron.

The next day I called Mr. Moises (Service Technician) explaining what happened and expressing my disappointment that I was not It was fair to have paid the 300, when that diagnosis was supposed to have been made by him, I asked him that it was fair that they cover that service of the 300 and they told me that they would call me back, they spent l The days I wrote to him and they never answered me or responded to a message. This is my experience with the place, I really wouldn't recommend them, the quality of their work leaves a lot to be desired. I find it unprofessional what they did.
