No hay una recepción que apoye al cliente.
No dan llave para que las personas entrn y salga del lugar en cualquier momento.
No pudimos hacer un tour porque no teníamos llave para regresar.
Está terrible.
No una recepción a la cual acudir.
Cómo que no está constituida de manera honesta cono empresa...

There is no reception that supports the customer.
They do not give a key for people to enter and leave the place at any time.
We could not do a tour because we did not have a key to return.
It is terrible.
Not a reception to go to.
