★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al menos en el area de Renovacion de pasaportes muy buena atencion y por otra parte No recomiendo llevar vehículo particular ya que las calles son muy angostas y todos los lugares por lo regular están apartados.Solo encontré un estacionamiento publico el cual te cobra 30 pesos por tiempo indefinido
At least in the area of Passport Renovation very good attention and on the other hand I do not recommend taking a private vehicle since the streets are very narrow and all the places are usually separated. I only found a public parking lot that charges you 30 pesos per undefined time

Ya van dos veces que me dan la información incorrecta y ahora quieren tomar dos meses para verificar mi nacionalidad cuando les estoy entregando mi acta de nacimiento con mis documentos de la secundaria. Ósea de que se trata esto.
Terrible was served. Second time trying to process my passport. They have given me the wrong information twice and now they want to take two months to verify my nationality when I am giving them my birth certificate with my high school documents. So what is this about?

Terrible, I do not recommend it to do passport procedures, they give you bad information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar está muy escondido y llegué tarde a mi cita, pero me aceptaron. Todos fueron muy amables, desde la policía hasta los que toman las fotos.
Tardaron dos horas en darme mi pasaporte, todo bien ?.
Mi INE sufrió un altercado un día antes, estaba un poco rayada y creí que me la podían rechazar, pero no hubo problemas :D
The place is very hidden and I was late for my appointment, but they accepted me. Everyone was very nice, from the police to the photo takers.
It took two hours to give me my passport, all good ?.
My INE suffered an altercation the day before, it was a bit scratched and I thought they could reject it, but there were no problems: D
