★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenía la intención de realizar un servicio de computo. Al principio el quien me atendio me respondío de una forma correcta. La problematica radico cuando realize la solicitud del servicio y es que literalmente 5 minutos antes de la fecha encargada me comentaron que no iban a poder asistir, despues trate de comunicarme para cambiar la fecha y no obtuve ninguna respuesta.
En sintesis, los trabajos realizados en este establecimiento podran ser buenos, pero mi reseña es mala porque la mala atención que se le da al cliente supera con creces este hecho.
He intended to perform a computing service. At first, the person who attended me answered me in a correct way. The problem was when I made the request for the service and it is that literally 5 minutes before the date ordered they told me that they would not be able to attend, then I tried to communicate to change the date and I did not get any response.
In short, the work done in this establishment could be good, but my review is bad because the bad attention given to the client far outweighs this fact.
