We love it here. The gated facility offers 24/7 security with an extremely helpful staff. Modern and extremely clean. The pool and amenities on the property are beautiful as well. I travel 9 month of the year and have never been so satisfied with the low cost amazing experience the Seven has to offer.

I’m not sure if it was just my room, but the bed was the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. It was as hard as a rock. Thankfully they refunded me on one of my nights but I was extremely overcharged for my one night stay i booked with them directly (it was much cheaper online)otherwise, the location is pretty good and the pool is nice. The room decor was gorgeous but yeah...that bed.

The bedroom drawers had old socks and used gum packages, it wasn't cleaned and they told us it was because not all rooms have drawers that can be opened. The dishes on the counter were extremely dirty. We had to request for the TV remote and also the toilet had no water... When they came to give us the TV remote, they noticed they didn't place a couple of complementary coffee capsules. I wonder what else we were entitled too... I guess we'll never know. It's not only the little things. They make you sign a paper with a list of the items in the room, to be responsible if missing. I don't know if they expect you to go over the list one by one just so I don't get a fine. Then, the guy said 'it's required that I go get the room card back to the lobby and bring it back'. He took forever. Last, but not least, they decided to clean up the palm trees and the pool beds at midnight, making a huge racket. It's such a shame that this hotel has such a poor service, because the rooms and lobby are very pretty. Still, I would never ever come back or recommend this to anyone. $90 USD a night for this ****? No thank you.

Stayed here for 1 week. I love the huge TV and the room setup and decor. The general grounds are also nice and the pool loungers were never busy. The reception staff was useful, and kept a big delivery from Amazon from me. The 3 star is for various things, 1 the internet is total trash. It's slow an keeps disconnecting (I'm an IT engineer). Also its very noisy. You have kids in the pool, you have the club/bullring opposite with loud music, the insulation from the doors and windows is poor and can hear traffic all the time. Also I had to use pillow to lean against hte curtains to help block the light as they are not good at all.

Stayed here back in February after my flight back to Houston was cancelled due to the freeze storm. This place was able to accommodate last minute for a group of 4. Well worth the 75$+ a day. Clean, good customer service, nice pool, and room came with a full functioning kitchen. Safety is a top priority for me ? and this place made you feel right at home. Highly recommended.

Definitely a great stay for me for 4 days here in Cancun downtown proper. Here are my Pros: Great pool and space to chill and hang out. I had two TWO hours massage because the assistant manager told me about their promotions. Nothing beat having a massage and stroll to your room.. The room is small but very functional. The manager was very aware and observant to the guest needs. The assistance manager the weekend and the entire front of house staff was professional, friendly and very helpful. The music around the pool was hip. The night security is tight with double gates that locks you in well. The kitchen was good as I love the ability to see the stove works well. Here are the cons despite a 5 stars rating: I am glad to be on the ground floor as there are 5 floor with no elevators. Never seems to get a hot shower. The best is semi warm despite running the water for 10 plus minutes. No Netflix or regular TV channels. The assistance manager did offer to help but I had my own entertainment. Kitchen is missing a frying pan. The jacuzzi that you can use if you had a massage was again at best lukewarm. It is noisy as there are a few bars across the street. One night they had a complete Mariachi band that had 18 players blowing their lungs out. That was loud. Lol Usually quiet down after 1pm. Otherwise, I absolutely would stay here again!

Great price for the amenities. Extremely friendly staff (shout out to Gilberto for excellent customer service even though there was a mix up with rooms). It seems like they are short staffed but they still managed to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. Massage was amazing too! They are located in a busy area and you can hear music till late at night, we were fine with it.

Don’t stay here! the accommodation did not meet our expectations: - wifi signal is bad - the room is poorly maintained. There were stains in several places (bed and curtains). - toilet does not flush properly. We have read several reviews that this is the case, however, the blame is placed directly on the guests. - Rented a scooter in good faith during the stay. When receiving the scooter, we indicated that there was damage on it. However, the staff (responsible for properly handling the scooter rental) has not stated this on the contract. Then we were held liable for $150 and the staff knew nothing about it. After we started talking, no responsibility was taken for this incident and the blame was placed on us. Guests get scammed and they try to make money from everything. The lady behind the reception does not dare to take her responsibility and could not talk to us. ridiculous service! We travel a lot, but this accommodation was way below our expectations. The staff is very passive and rude. As can be read in the other reviews, we have had a very negative experience with this stay and we want to prevent other travelers from staying here too.
