★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No cuenta con los servicios necesarios para la estancia, los baño de afuera sin agua suficiente en taza y lavamanos, del baño interior no sirve la puerta y no tiene regadera, la cocina solo cuenta con una pequeña parrilla y el refi en mal estado, los colchones son viejos y no sirven para descansar, el area de la alberca esta en muy mal estado, es peligrosa y el agua esta sucia y helada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La cabaña carece de varios servicios que no especifican al momento de mostrarla, no cuenta con horno de microondas, el refrigerador es muy viejo al igual que los colchones, y la litera tiene las maderas flojas. El baño de los caballeros de la parte del jardín no tenía agua, falta iluminación el la parte de afuera de la cabaña y el agua de la alberca estaba sucia, la casa de madera de la alberca se encuentra en muy mal estado y es peligrosa.
Además de que se nos prometió leña para la chimenea y fogota, y no nos entregaron nada al llegar ahí ni en el transcurso de los dos días que estuvimos ahí.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La cabaña tiene muchos detalles, la agua está helada, la de la alberca y la de la regadera la alberca llena al 60 %de capacidad, el refrigerador es muy viejo y no enfría ,el lugar es muy bonito pero está muy descuidado,deja mucho que desear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les voy a dar un consejo NO RENTEN ESTE LUGAR, yo sentí que tire mi dinero a la basura. Tuve la oportunidad de rentar este lugar la atracción principal obviamente la alberca, NADIE de mis invitados se pudo meter a ala alberca ya que el agua no te la entregan fría te la entregan HELADA la verdad eso está pésimo por que realmente rentas el lugar por la alberca y sin poder ingresar es como si solo rentaras la cabaña y asy no vale la pena, la misma situación con la regadera ya que te dicen que ya "prendieron" el boiler y jamás, jamás! Se calienta el agua. A mi me entregaron la alberca media llena no hasta su capacidad total o por lo menos no hasta donde dijeron que la llenarían a su entrega, le tuve que estar rogando al encargado para que me la llenará y a base de mentiras y pretextos se justificaba para no hacerlo y con más pretextos justificaba el que no tuviera agua caliente que por que no había sol y el calentador solar no funcionaria cuando realmente era un día super soleado, la alberca se termino de llenar el día que nosotros ya nos íbamos y unas horas antes de que se nos terminara el tiempo de renta. El refrigerador no enfría nada, quisimos preparar un desayuno por la mañana y no tenían gas en la cabaña. Te la ofrecen con una bocina para tu evento la cual no funciona etc, etc. En realidad es un lugar con un entorno muy bonito, la cabaña para 15 personas es muy bonita pero en realidad al tener estas carencias tan grandes lo vuelve un lugar inservible para tu evento.

I had the opportunity to rent this place the main attraction obviously the pool, NO ONE of my guests could get into the pool since the water is not delivered cold they deliver it COLD the truth that is terrible because you really rent the place for the night pool and without being able to enter it is as if you only rented the cabin and it is not worth it, the same situation with the shower since they tell you that they already "turned on" the boiler and never, ever! The water is heated. They gave me the half-full pool not to its full capacity or at least not to where they said they would fill it upon delivery, I had to beg the manager to fill it for me and based on lies and pretexts he was justified for not to do it and with more excuses he justified the fact that it did not have hot water than because there was no sun and the solar heater would not work when it really was a super sunny day, the pool was finished filling the day we were leaving and a few hours before that our rental period expired. The refrigerator does not cool anything, we wanted to prepare a breakfast in the morning and they had no gas in the cabin. They offer it to you with a speaker for your event which does not work etc, etc. In reality, it is a place with very beautiful surroundings, the cabin for 15 people is very nice, but in reality, having these great deficiencies makes it an unusable place for your event.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para empezar el agua tanto de la alberca como de la regadera está super fría, el lugar es muy bonito pero muy sucio desde colchas almohadas y colchones. El refrigerador muy viejo igual que una licuadora que tiene, es pequeña para 10 personas y aunque bonito el lugar no es muy privado pues al lado esra otra cabaña. Hace falta mucho mantenimiento
