 This place is a thousand times better than NailKerry for real who are nail artists. My partner brought them a bad job and they gave him something a thousand times better! We are definitely going back. Thank you Ivón for your talent and kindness !!!

I am a native Spanish speaker from the US living here for the summer. They told me they didn't take credit card (the only cash I had on me I had planned to use for tip) so they made me go to the supermarket nearby to take out cash (which they don't do unless you have a MXN account). I returned, worried and anxious that I wouldn't be able to pay, and planning to wake up extra early the next day to be able to go to a cash exchange and get back to pay it off, but upon my return and seeing that the only option available to me at the time was to leave without paying, suddenly, they did take credit card and the machine worked.
I wouldn't have minded the run-around if they hadn't been lying. Another woman who witnessed my struggle (who seems to be a regular) was very confused about why they'd done this and told me that they always took her card. They also increased the price for no reason. Anyway, there are other spots nearby that are much more kinder to their clientele.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately the no chip manicure I got took 2 hours. It seemed like the woman giving it was new and she made a mistake with the top coat. I let it go but within just a few days the top coat was scuffed, scratched and faded on most of my nails. My friend likes this place so I think this was just a fluke but I’m wary to go back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s always a little nerve racking to try a new nail studio, but I was very pleased with the results here. I had my acrylic nails re-filled with a colored tipped French manicure. My technician took her time and was really careful. I went back for a pedicure today and it was also done very well. The facility is clean and has an upbeat vibe, there was live music playing outside the cafe next door on a Saturday morning. Although I speak Spanish I’m still getting used to accents in CDMX and new lingo, and the entire staff was very patient with me. I’ve been able to pay with both cash and a credit card without any issues. Would recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got nails but they did an awful job. The shape looked like a blob, she took forever, it looks like if I did my own nails. They don’t look professionally done and I paid 800 pesos. I do not recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend this place… the woman didn’t know how to do nails at all. All my nails was looking very different from others so I told her how to do. The same day they did my nails I lost 4 glitters and two tips from my nails. I’m very disappointed from this place and I will never come back.
