★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los tratamientos fueron buenos pero les dejo una estrella porque solicité un reembolso y me dijeron que demoraban de 3 a 4 semanas en revisarlo. A un día de cumplir el mes me comuniqué preguntando y me respondieron que no aplicaba el reembolso (eso fue mi culpa porque yo no contaba con el ticket de pago) y que si quería agendar los tratamientos faltantes solo tenía una semana de vigencia y obvio no iba a alcanzar a completarlos. Lo que me molestó es que tardaron un mes en decirme eso, pésima atención cuando ya no quieres ser cliente.
Pd. Pedí reembolso ya que en una ocasión no me atendieron porque tenían el lugar lleno y solo había una persona realizando los tratamientos (yo tenía cita agendada). No era la primera vez que había tenido problema con eso.
The treatments were good but I am leaving one star because I requested a refund and was told it would take 3-4 weeks to review. One day after the month, I contacted asking and they told me that the refund did not apply (that was my fault because I did not have the payment receipt) and that if I wanted to schedule the remaining treatments, it only had one week of validity and obviously not I was going to complete them. What bothered me is that it took them a month to tell me that, terrible attention when you no longer want to be a client.
P.S. I asked for a refund because on one occasion they did not attend me because the place was full and there was only one person doing the treatments (I had an appointment scheduled). It wasn't the first time he'd had a problem with that.
