C	Carolina Gonzalez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio … mi esposo y yo iniciamos trámite para comprar un terreno ,transferimos el depósito de 10 mil pesos para apartarlo , el cual la vendedora te asegura que si el trámite no es exitoso o si decidimos cancelar la compra el depósito te lo entregarán íntegro … por cuestiones de pandemia y demás ya no nos fue posible adquirirlo solicitamos que nos reembolsaran dicho depósito y me daban largas en contestar … después de insistir su primer respuesta fue * que me iban a regresar 6 mil pesos solamente por que me estaban rebajando impuestos que ellos pagaron por dicho depósito Solicité me aclararan que impuestos había generado y su respuesta fue que por que ya había pasado mucho tiempo por lo qué solo me iban a regresar 7,500 ( ya no eran 6 mil ya eran 7,500 ) … yo les argumentaba que en ningún momento nos avisaron que me iban a penalizar por cancelación que al contrario que siempre nos dijeron que mi dinero iba a estar seguro y que si había una cancelación se me iba a regresar íntegro .. me dijeron que iban a hablar con los directores y que ellos me llamaban .. Pasaban días y nunca recibía respuesta … llame para dar seguimiento y su respuesta fue que NO se me iba a regresar nada que por que ya había pasado mucho tiempo y que los directores ya habían decidido que no se me iba a regresar nada … Me comuniqué con la vendedora para solicitar su apoyo .. quedo en que iba hablar con el encargado llamado David … al final me resolvió que me iban a regresar 5 mil pesos … ya no fueron 6 mil , ni 7,500 .. ahora eran 5 mil !!! …. (Nada formales ) …nos resignamos .. pasamos los datos bancarios para el reembolso y es fecha que no nos han regresado nuestro dinero … no nos toman las llamadas ni siquiera la vendedora!! Al llamar a la inmobiliaria la asistentes Yessenia al identificarme me cuelgan la llamada y no logro que me comuniquen con David ni con la contadora Gloria !! (Nothing formal) ... we resigned .. we passed the bank details for the reimbursement and it is the date that they have not returned our money ... not even the seller takes our calls !! When the real estate agent called Yessenia, upon identifying me, they hung up the call and I couldn't get them to communicate with David or the accountant Gloria !! They show that they do not have any professionalism or formality in their work ... their processes have them on the floor ... If you want to invest for nothing I recommend this real estate !!!! ...
