★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, nunca contestan y cuando contestan te dan largas para hacer la entrega de tu vehículo, personas muy prepotentes y nefastas laboran ahí !!
 Terrible service, they never answer and when they answer they give you long to make the delivery of your vehicle, very arrogant and nefarious people work there !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve el infortunio de llevar mi coche para reparación de seguro y debo decir que el lugar es nefasto. La atención es pésima, es sumamente lento (y no era una reparación grande), no te contestan el teléfono y cuando te llegan a dar algo de información está equivocada porque no se comunican entre ellos, a manera de ejemplo me dijeron en dos ocasiones que me entregarían mi vehículo y -en ambas- cuando llegué estaba desarmado sin haber movido cosa alguna.
I had the misfortune to bring my car in for insurance repair and I must say the place is dismal. The service is terrible, it is extremely slow (and it was not a large repair), they do not answer the phone and when they give you some information it is wrong because they do not communicate with each other, as an example they told me on two occasions that They would give me my vehicle and -in both cases- when I arrived I was unarmed without having moved anything.

THE WORST MECHANICAL WORKSHOP IN PUEBLA, THE PEOPLE OF THERE DON'T KNOW ABOUT MECHANICS AND THEY GIVE YOU DATES AND NEVER GIVE YOU YOUR VEHICLE. THE FACILITIES SHOULD CLOSE HAZARDOUS SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mí me chocaron el 30 de noviembre, ese día ento al taller y hoy es 3 de enero y no hay fecha de entrega.
Más de un mes y nada, taller de pésima atención y todavía me dice el dueño que es tirar dinero a la basura.
La aseguradora ANA, debería cancelar su contrato con este pseudo taller mecánico...
