★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pésimo servicio, se les consulto previo a acudir a la sucursal para tener la seguridad de que tenían lo que se ocupaba, y al llegar la persona de mostrador solamente dijo que no lo tenían.
Terrible service, they were consulted before going to the branch to make sure that they had what they were dealing with, and when the person at the counter arrived only said that they did not have it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La calidad de las copias e impresiones no es nítida, salen manchadas... ojalá tuvieran cuidado con la calidad... y en cuanto al servicio, pueden mejor, si dejan los empleados el celular y tienen una mejor actitud hacia el cliente.
The quality of the copies and prints is not sharp, they come out stained ... I wish they were careful with the quality ... and in terms of service, they can do better, if the employees leave the cell phone and have a better attitude towards the customer.
