La quinoa está un poco quemada y las semillas de girasol caramelizadas están viejas, con un sabor a "rancio" y por estos dos detalles el sabor de mi bowl se vió malamente afectado. Comparto ésto con el afán de recomendarles que pongan atención a esos detalles que al final hacen la diferencia.
I'm a fan of Shaka but unfortunately today August 26, 2021, I had a bad experience at the Juriquilla branch. The quinoa is a bit burnt and the caramelized sunflower seeds are old, with a "stale" flavor and due to these two details the flavor of my bowl was badly affected. I share this with the desire to recommend that you pay attention to those details that in the end make the difference.

El empleado me lo comento, en el momento que me iba solicitando que servir.
Quiten de la carta lo que no tienen en el momento. Porque lo cobran, completo.
I requested a large bowl, they did not have the topping I requested, they did not have the protein I wanted, and they did not have the dressing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un buen concepto para probar. Hay opciones para armar tus propios bowls o probar las combinaciones que ellos tienen como predeterminadas. Recomiendo hacer tu propia combinación y probar nuevas cosas cada visita. Los aderezos son muy ricos y también venden unos brownies muy ricos y algunos dulces confitados de chamoy para el postrecito :)
A good concept to try. There are options to build your own bowls or try the combinations that they have as default. I recommend making your own combination and trying new things each visit. The dressings are very rich and they also sell some very rich brownies and some candied chamoy candies for dessert :)
