★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recomendadísimo. Hay clases desde lo más light o introductorio hasta un poco más ágiles, pero en todas hay un ambiente relajado y una atención bien cálida. Quienes instruyen te llevan de la manita hacia un ejercicio casi de autocuidado, es decir, conocer tus límites al practicar yoga o feldenkrais :)
Highly recommended. There are classes from the most light or introductory to a little more agile, but in all of them there is a relaxed atmosphere and very warm attention. Those who instruct take you by the hand towards an almost self-care exercise, that is, knowing your limits when practicing yoga or feldenkrais :)
