M	Miguel Bigurra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo acudí a este lugar para comprar café para cafetera, me gustó mucho la atención por parte del personal, te explican del café aunque tu no sepas mucho del tema, ya que el café lo adquirí para obsequiarlo, compre el café PACAMARA y la verdad le encantó a la persona que se lo regalé, comenta que tiene buen sabor, aroma y es café de altura, la única contra que le pondría es que el precio del cuarto y del medio kilo, no son equivalentes al precio del kilo sino que se eleva un poco más el precio, en cafeterías de otros lados se acostumbra que todo es equivalente sin importar el peso, en fin, volvería a comprar en SHANLÚ sin dudarlo, por cierto, el lugar también se ve muy agradable. El servicio del barista excelente, muy detallada su explicación del café qué usan, el cuál es local de Misantla, y los diferentes métodos de extracción qué se utilizan. En nuestra visita pedimos cómo método el sifón japonés además de un cold brew, ambos excelentes. También sí sólo buscas una taza de café en cualquiera de sus presentaciones, saldrás satisfecho. El menú de comida para degustar incluyen postres en su mayoría. A hidden gem in Veracruz. The place is cozy, spacious. Excellent barista service, very detailed explanation of the coffee they use, which is local to Misantla, and the different extraction methods that are used. On our visit we asked for the Japanese siphon as well as a cold brew, both of which were excellent. Also if you are only looking for a cup of coffee in any of its presentations, you will be satisfied. The food menu to taste include mostly desserts.
