I am very upset with how unprofessional Danny is. When I was first going for surgery Danny was there to answer every question and take my money, Post operation I had a lot of complications and Danny was hard to reach and was no long nice or professional. I requested on the website a new point of contact a few times but was never given one. I also had emergency surgery in Canada to remove one of the breast implants due to the complication. I am schedule for surgery again in a week to have the breast implant out back in and once again Danny has been hard to reach and speak with. I was told over and over what I was going to have to pay and then a week prior she adds new fees to the package which I had never heard before. I dont think that is professional at all seeing as I am coming from Canada to have this implant fixed. She is rude and unprofessional and I am so upset with how this is going. A week before my surgery after I had to contact her countless time she then decides to tell me of hidden fees for transportation which was included before. So of course I requested online once again another point of contact. Danny then blocked me on Whatapps without getting the answers completed or new contact (I was planning on blocking her but I am not the clinic here) I have reached out to Dr Carmona and am waiting a response. I am also hoping to have another point of contact as my flights, accommodations and surgery are all booked, paid for and in a week. I am nervous enough about this surgery due to past complications so this is such an added stress and so unbelievable unprofessional. It seemed that prior to complications Danny was so very helpful but post op and with complication I found her to be hard to get a hold of and rude to deal with. I feel as if the lack of caring about the patient post op and after getting the money was gone. I am disappointed with how Danny treated me after surgery and how I feel that important information and fees were kept from me. When I met and dealt with Dr Carmona himself he was smart, nice and professional so I am expecting the same when I have the chance to speak with him again and see him for my second surgery. I am waiting for a new contact and to speak with the Dr in hopes this can be resolved by actual medical professionals and not just some receptionist. I am also hoping that my surgery goes well in a week and that my breast are fixed from the past complication and I can feel good and confident again about the way my body looks. I will write another review/edit this one when more information comes in about another point of contact and how professional they are and after my second surgery to fix the complication informing everyone on how that went. I picked Dr Carmona because of his reputation I was not expecting to be treated like this, and to have hidden fees. Very shady on Danny's behalf this should have been told to me months ago not a week prior to traveling for surgery in a foreign country I look forward to seeing what happens and how the new point of contact is. I hope the stress and fear of this trip and surgery is eased with better medical staff. And I hope my stress level and how nervous I am for this goes down a bit with proper medical professionals deal with the situation. This is addition stress prior to surgery and really not something anyone should be dealing with on top of the surgery and travel itself. I am a paramedic (and in nursing school) and am very disappointed with the way this has gone on. I expected better.

Paid money up front, had family emergency and could not make trip to Cancun. Contacted office for refund of paid money and was told fees would come out first... Been months now still have not received a dime and now pay-pal has added fees.

I was recommended this sugeron and clinic so I contacted them waiting 3 days after asked to have a check a specific day. Before give any other info I kindly asked several times if the check could be done that specific day as I didn't have any other time. The stuff confirmed it was possible and kept asking me picture and questions reguarding the problem wasting time. When finally after 2 days I sent all and replied all their questions I was told that was impossible to have a check on that day.... I wasted basically 3 days of chat and sent personal info for nothing. Any effort to ask why I was said a different thing from beginnig and to get the check were useful. I am totally disappointed, communication and professionalism are very low, such a waste of time.

My experience from beginning to end was absolutely perfect! I had a breast augmentation done and am 3 days post op. Danny is more than helpful with answering all questions and in a timely manner. I am from Wa. and did my initial consult via email with Danny. I already had a resort in place along with a car so didn’t need those services, but did utilize the pick ups and drop offs from appt. Arturo was my driver and was prompt and friendly, he even allowed a stop at Starbucks leaving the hospital post op. The Dr. Carmona has the best personality. I will not lie, I was very nervous and he seen it and calmed me right down. From the first meeting to our last one he stayed true to his great personality, we even talked about our families. When I need other services I would 100% return to Shape and Beauty in Cancún.

Dr. Marco Antonio Carmona is AWESOME !!!! I have done 3 procedures with him Liposuction, Brazilian buttocks & Breast Implants and all the experience has being wonderful, the dedication, the attention of his assistant Steph and the most important the RESULTS !!!!! I feel great and so confident about myself... all looks so natural and no one notices that the perfection comes from Dr. Carmona’s hands... unless I reveal the secret . I’m super happy with the results and I will recommend him 100%

BOTCHED ME!!!!! BOTCHED blepharoplasty (upper and lower eyelid surgery) left me with 2 BIG QUARE SCARS on BOTH of my eyes corners ! I talked to Dr Carmona and he , at the beginning said it will heal in 2 years...and then told me it will never heal but REFUSED to admit it's a failed procedure and told me instead "go with an other doctor" and "you signed a contract" where I was VERY polite with him. He left me with 2 BIG scars for life and did not even recognize it, he said "it's normal" ! How normal? When somebody undergows a plastic surgery it's to become better not WORSE with scars everywhere !!!

My daughter fell and had a deep cut on her cheek, it was on 12/31/21, right before the New Year. Out resort contacted the the doctor and he came to the office within 40 minutes. Dr. Carmona repaired the laceration beautifully. We are very grateful to Dr. Carmona for his compassion, and his surgical skills. Our family will always remember his kindness.
