Hubo momentos en los que sentí que iba bien y de pronto retrocedía, para mí como alumna eso es normal en la curva de aprendizaje, sin embargo sentía que el maestro se frustraba mucho, ellos tienen las habilidades técnicas, saben explicar correctamente pero su reacción ante un alumno al que se le dificulta es el problema. Mientras por un lado el profe se esforzaba por animarme, por otra me decía "ya llevas 8 horas, hay personas que en la sexta ya sabían manejar y tú regresaste al inicio", es feo que nos comparen, porque no todos aprendemos igual, al final aprendiera o no, estaba dispuesta a colocar una opinión positiva del servicio, pero hoy llegué a la clase y el maestro no se presentó, reconocimos ambos que apesar de haber dicho la semana pasada que aún faltaban 4 horas, y que nos veríamos hoy, al final fue error compartido el no confirmar, pero sí me siento triste y frustrada porque también esa ausencia de comunicación por parte del instructor lo veo como una total falta de interés, como decir "ésta mujer ya no aprendió y no voy a perder mi tiempo con ella", dijeron que verían la opción de reembolsarme las clases que ya no tomé y espero lo hagan, y ojalá también tomen en cuenta la importancia de una motivación positiva al 100%, deben entender que todos los alumnos aprendemos de forma diferente y no sólo es tener las habilidades técnicas sino la capacidad de enseñar a todo tipo de personas. Tuve la suerte de aprender de la mano de dos grandes profesores, Adrian y Emilio; tienen experiencia, saben cómo tratar a los estudiantes para dar confianza con una actitud serena y siempre respetuosa. En cuanto al curso, la primer clase es teoría y el resto 100% práctica. Me gusta que los instructores te dan cursos personalizados pues se enfocan en las necesidades y debilidades de cada estudiante para que el aprendizaje sea lo más completo posible. Los recorridos se hacen en zonas urbanas y en carreteras concurridas. En mi caso, no imaginaba que desde la primera clase ya estaría manejando dentro de Texcoco, fue emocionante. Recomiendo sin ninguna duda a Shelby!!

Se ajusta a tus horarios y no sólo te enseña a manejar, sino que también te comparte diversas cosas básicas del carro, los señalamientos y te da tips que seguramente necesitarás en la compra y/o mantenimiento de tu auto.
