El teléfono que me dieron en otra sucursal, tampoco responden.
Pésimo servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los pasteles son muy ricos, los recomiendo, no le pongo las 5 estrellas porque uno o dos días de la semana te atiende una muchacha joven, es grosera, malencarada y además agarra las rebanadas con su mano, una vez le pedí una qué tenía una cereza y en lugar de darme la que le pedí tomó la primera y le quitó la cereza a la otra y así me la dió obviamente todo lo hizo con la mano, muy mal y desagradable. Si los atiende la señora que usualmente lo hace, para ella todo mi respeto y aprecio, es super amable y todo lo hace con muy buena actitud y obviamente ella si usa las pinzas!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encargué un pastel y lo dejé pagado, y cuando lo fui a recoger ya lo habían vendido, cuando pedí una explicación no me la quisieron dar, honestamente que mal servicio y la verdad no se vale, esta pastelería es una de las peores de tlalne, cuenta con un muy mal servicio al cliente.
Nada más porqué no se puede dar menos de una estrella si no con gusto le daba 0 estrellas.
I ordered a cake and left it paid for, and when I went to pick it up they had already sold it, when I asked for an explanation they didn't want to give it to me, honestly, bad service and the truth is not worth it, this pastry shop is one of the worst in Tlalne, It has very bad customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La pasteleria es deliciosa. Nunca había podido encontrar el pastel de.moka.envinado que tanto me.gusta hasta que encontré ese lugar. Los pasteles.estan buenísimos así como la comida.
The pastry shop is delicious. I had never been able to find the wrapped moka cake that I love so much until I found that place. The cakes are delicious as is the food.

Y la atención de la srita. Excelente!!...... Seguiremos yendo mas seguido!!!...... Gracias

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El pastel rosa es de piñón y sabe a helado de piñón pero no está tan bueno proque es mojado y el de zanahoria no tiene tan buen sabor. El latte sabe a capuchino y sabía como que lo habían hecho con agua sucia. No recomiendo.
The pink cake is pine nut and tastes like pineapple ice cream but it is not so good because it is wet and the carrot does not taste so good. The latte tastes like cappuccino and tasted like it had been done with dirty water. I do not recommend.
