This portion of my review is from October 2021. The previous 2 reviews are below this review. The gas got pretty good for a few months, and I was getting 90% of what I paid for. That's normal in these times where Profeco cannot come to investigate anymore. But, a few months ago, the gas began getting bad AGAIN, and the exhaust gave a horrible smell. The fuel efficiency became horrible again, and my vehicle was only going half as far on this incredibly inferior gasoline. Not to mention, when I pay for 20 liters, I only receive 15 liters. I'm not coming back. I struggled with this Shell since it opened, but they insist on selling short liters of very bad gasoline. Bye! Today, Monday, 5 of October, 2020, I bought 80 liters in my vehicle just to see how much gas we get this time. This entire year they have been selling terrible gas here, and today I thought it would be different. But, no, I only got a half tank if gas when I purchased 80 liters. My tank capacity is 110 liters. The gas needle should be almost touching the 3/4 full mark. I got about 55 liters, though I paid for 80. Profeco, please do your jobs! My earlier review from June is below: Sometime in January or February of 2020 this particular gas station began using a very dirty, oily gas (which does not come from Shell) that is causing problems with my motor and fuel filter. This bad gas also has water in it, and has a very strong smell of alcohol. This new gas also only gives 60% of the efficiency of real Shell gas. The pumps began giving 80% to 85% of liters that I pay for. Profeco in Leon is nearly shut down, so they do not investigate any reports. All gas stations are taking full advantage of this, that Profeco is not functioning, to sell bad fuel, with water and oil and extra alcohol, and only 80% of liters I pay for. I buy my gas at other locations but find all of the gas stations in Dolores Hidalgo are selling the same bad gas. So I do not buy my gas in Dolores Hidalgo anymore at all, except to occasionally test the gas at this location. It is always very bad. I only buy 20 liters at a time, once per month, to test it, and there is no change. It is still very bad gas with poor efficiency and oil and water in the gas, and I get 80% to 85% of what I pay for.
