★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me cotizaron las piezas para la reparación super caro, las piezas para la reparación realmente cuestan 1/4 de lo que ellos me las querían vender y me dijeron que NO ME DARIAN EL SERVICIO si yo compraba las piezas en otro lado.
En el contrato qué te hacen firmar al entregarles tu auto, vienen las cláusulas de PROFECO por la parte de atrás y en una de ellas dice que EL CLIENTE PUEDE PROVEER las piezas para reparar su vehículo.
PÉSIMA PRACTICA POR PARTE DE ELLOS Y APARTE PROHIBIDA POR LA PROFECO
Querían venderme una pieza en $3100 que por fuera cuesta $800 original
They quoted me the parts for the repair super expensive, the parts for the repair really cost 1/4 of what they wanted to sell them to me and they told me that THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME THE SERVICE if I bought the parts elsewhere.
In the contract that they make you sign when you deliver your car, PROFECO's clauses appear on the back and one of them says that THE CUSTOMER CAN PROVIDE the parts to repair his vehicle.
AWFUL PRACTICE ON THEIR PART AND ALSO PROHIBITED BY THE PROFECO
They wanted to sell me a piece for $3,100 that originally costs $800 on the outside.
