★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soy cliente nuevo para esta gasolinera. La verdad venden un buen producto. Lastima que las promociones que ponen no las respetan. el sevicio tiene mucha área de oportunidad. Desgraciadamente la atención al cliente no es la correcta y eso provoca que busquemos un mejor servicio. Y aunque la gasolina de Shell me ha dado buenos resultados en el consumo y en el desempeño del motor. Pues tengo que buscar otra gasolinera de buen servicio, que respete sus promociones y que de una buena atención al cliente... Ademas que los comentarios de sus despachadores no sean engañosos al momento se realizar el consumo de su gasolina. Ojalá puedan mejorar esta problemática y puedan ofrecer un producto premium tanto en su gasolina y en sus servicios..
I am a new customer for this gas station. The truth is they sell a good product. Too bad that the promotions they put out are not respected. the service has a lot of opportunity area. Unfortunately the customer service is not correct and that causes us to look for a better service. And although Shell gasoline has given me good results in terms of consumption and engine performance. Well, I have to look for another gas station with good service, that respects its promotions and that gives good customer service ... Also, the comments of its dispatchers are not misleading when consuming their gasoline. Hopefully they can improve this problem and can offer a premium product both in their gasoline and in their services.
