★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por el personal de despachadores todo bien. Pero por el personal de administración muy mal el servicio, todo lo que va de este año no te quieren factura unos tres días antes de cada mes no ahí nadie. Cerrada la administración no ahí sistema y cierran. Pésimo servicio en ese sentido.
 By the dispatcher staff all good. But for the administration staff very bad service, everything that goes this year does not want to bill you about three days before each month no one there. Closed administration not there system and close. Terrible service in that regard.

Good service even at night, and especially for nitrogen is something that they always charge and here it is free just for loading ... thank you guys from Shell that ALREADY leave open 24 hours !!!
