★ ★ ★ ★ ★ las ultimas dos veces que eh ido me han dando mal servicio la primera me paré como por 4 minutos y nadie me atendió terminé llendome. La segunda pedí diez litros y el despachador no se fijo y dejo libre la bomba ya iba por 580 y tuve que pagarla por fuerza por que no pudieron sacarle el liquido, ademas que no más se hicieron famosas Shell y ya no rinde igual que cuando empezaba mega gas
 The last two times that I have been there, they have given me bad service. The first one I stopped for about 4 minutes and no one attended to me and I ended up leaving. The second I asked for ten liters and the dispatcher did not fix and let the pump go for 580 and I had to pay it by force because they could not get the liquid out of it, besides that Shell no longer became famous and it no longer performs the same as when it started mega gas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio de facturación! La página online falla muchisimo y cuando marco por teléfono a las oficinas por ayuda, nunca contestan!!! Una vez fui directamente y el personal de oficinas no me ayudó.
Cuidado
Bad billing service! The online page fails a lot and when I call the offices for help, they never answer! Once I went directly and the office staff did not help me.

Solicité el ticket para facturación como en cualquier otra estación de Shell, pero al ingresar el folio a la página, me marca que "no se encontró el ticket", entonces llamo para atención y el teléfono siempre responde que llame más tarde; solicito atención en la estación y dicen que no es problema con ellos :( así pues, no puede facturar :/
BILLING FAILURE.
I requested the ticket for billing as in any other Shell station, but when I enter the page on the page, it marks me that "the ticket was not found", then I call for attention and the phone always answers that I call later; I request attention at the station and they say that it is not a problem with them :( so you cannot check in: /
