I just had a blast at the mariachi bar. The show is amazing. Music is Mexican authentic and at its best. Food is great. You really have to try this place out

Good location within easy range of quite a few attractions and restaurants. Nice decor, clean and well kept. Room is a good size and the bed is comfortable. Pleasant Sheraton and Marriott Bonvoy welcome at check in

Ant infestation warning!!! Wish I could rate it 0. Hotel management have no idea what they’re doing and the hotel is SEVERELY understaffed. It’s old, dingy, and in no way deserves a 5 star rating or the Marriott brand name to it. We always had to request housekeeping, our room wasn’t ready for 3 hours until after check-in time, and we were up at 12am calling the concierge about an ant infestation in our bathroom trying to switch rooms and get someone to come with an ant spray. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone — there’s plenty of great options around it.

Very clean and nice place to stay. Perfect location to enjoy your stay. My wife and I stayed 2 nights for our 24th anniversary. Miss Ana surprised us with champagne and chocolate strawberry ?. Thank you to everyone that helped us discover Mexico City.

Expensive for what you get — amenities are few and while some of the staff are helpful, others aren’t. My main complaint is the necessity of spending so much money for only 2 tiny/Mini bottles of water. You’d think a so-called “luxury” hotel would at least provide its guests with water. At this “luxury” hotel, you better bring your own water!

I’m so underwhelmed by this hotel. The only positive experiences I had were: - The bellmen and front desk staff (10/10) - The view of The Angel of Independence from the room - WiFi was decent Everything else was just, blah. The rooms are tired and showing scuffs, tears, stains, bumps, and wear and tear everywhere you look. The shower literally sprays everywhere, creating a soaking wet bathroom. The pipes in the bathroom made loud sounds for hours early in the morning. The ceilings are very low throughout the entire hotel, making it seem very hard and not spacious. In reality, it reminds me of an old retirement home. The photos make it look better than it is in reality. In the same price range there are many hotels in the same area that have more updated rooms, nicer amenities, and a better overall experience. Sorry Sheraton, but this hotel is stuck in 1999 and needs an overall to compete in CDMX

Staff is beyond nice. Rooms are pretty spacious. Beautiful hotel. Centrally located. In walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. Rooms have fridge, coffee maker, iron, free water, hair dryer, safe, and nice bath stuff including a vanity kit. I like that you must have a key to access the elevator and they have tons of staff on the premises at all times. Also, the kiosk across from the front desk with pastries looks delish. Can’t wait to try that tomorrow morning! Almost forgot- they also give you a pack of antibacterial wipes and extra masks!

I stayed at the Sheraton Mexico City Isabel Hotel for two weeks and have to say that this is one excellent hotel. It has a perfect location and very nice facilities for an older hotel, but the staff here is what makes this a special place. From the door greeters, front desk personnel, restaurant staff, and especially the maids and room service personnel are all top notch. I probably have now interacted with 40 staff members and they are all professional, happy and kind, while keeping in mind that we are in a new wave of the pandemic. All safety measures are in play at the hotel but they are not made to be a nuisance for the guests. I can't imagine how this place could be any better run or staffed. Having stayed at many Hilton's, Hyatt's, Marriot's and other high end resorts and hotels around the world, I can say through experience that this particular Sheraton is a special place to stay because its a nice hotel with superb staff.
