We had high expectations of Nicolás' service, but we got the opposite. We made an appointment with him from the day before and he confirmed the same day in the morning that he was going to show up at the hotel in the evening. He never showed up, called or texted to inform that he was not going to be able to make it. We called him by WhatsApp and regular phone, but he did not answer. Very disappointing because we changed our plans for that evening and waited for him for about an hour. I've basically ghosted us. Unfortunately, we are not able to recommend Nicolás. .
