★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una empresa donde el trabajo en equipo no existe,siempre se circulan rumores y chismes,cuando se presentan problemas siempre se buscan culpables en vez de soluciones,no existe un plan de desarrollo,otros toman credito del trabajo ajeno,(personas poco capacitadas reciben ascensos),existen reglas que nadie sigue,no hay claridad en funciones ni objetivos..
 A company where teamwork does not exist, rumors and gossip are always circulating, when problems arise, they always look for culprits instead of solutions, there is no development plan, others take credit for the work of others, (poorly trained people receive promotions ), there are rules that nobody follows, there is no clarity in functions or objectives.
