Terrible service. My package has not arrived for ONE MONTH and every attempt to communicate with them has been USELESS, they do not respond to emails or answer the phone. Debut and farewell with Ship Click.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deben mejorar el servicio. Mi paquete tardó en llegar (más de una semana después de la fecha en que debió llegar). Decían que llegaría en tal fecha y no llegaba. En su página web les hace falta agregar datos de contacto para tener un mejor servicio.
They must improve the service. My package was slow to arrive (more than a week after it was due to arrive). They said that it would arrive on that date and it did not arrive. On your website you need to add contact information to have a better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pésimo servicio, entregaron mi paquete en un domicilio distinto y lo declararon como perdido ya que no lo pudieron recuperar. realice un nuevo pedido a mi proveedor, desafortunadamente lo enviaron nuevamente por esta paquetería y 6 días después el paquete no llega y nadie responde por teléfono, ni por mail.
Terrible service, they delivered my package to a different address and declared it as lost since they could not recover it. I placed a new order with my supplier, unfortunately they sent it again by this parcel and 6 days later the package did not arrive and nobody answered by phone or by mail.
