La comida malísima; el tempura no era tempura sino camarón capeado; no tenían salmón; sushis con poco sabor y además, no nos dieron servilletas ni alcohol en gel; la cereza del pastel: nos dio diarrea.

Mi experiencia con este establecimiento y todos sus integrantes fue malisima. El dia que fui a comprar se tardaron mas de una hora en darme mis rollos porque incluso se les acabo el arroz y no me avisaron, la gerente tenia la peor actitud y al entregarmelos oh sorpresa, uno estaba echado a perder el camaron, otro solo tenia queso crema y pepino por dentro y todo lo demas faltaba. Hable al numero de atencion a clientes y al principio muy comprensivos di las pruebas de lo que paso el 16 de agosto y me tuvieron con mil largas de que es que no podemos regresarle el dinero, no que si, no que no encuentran al propietario y que tenian que procesarlo fue hasta principios de SEPTIEMBRE que porfin me pudieron devolver mi dinero. Los productos tienen horrible sabor, no dan lo que anuncian y hasta lo dan echado a perder y el trato es horrible desde la tienda y en su grupo de atencion a clientes incluso me dejaron en visto sin respuesta. No compren ahi es de lo peor.

Pésimo servicio, las cosas que tienen en aplicaciones como Rappi y Uber eats no las tienen en el sistema y prefieren cancelarte el pedido, y les llamamos y nos dijeron que pidiéramos otra cosa que eso no lo podían cobrar ellos, a pesar de que ofrecen esos productos en la plataforma, RIDICULO!!

Pedí por Rappi y nada que ver con el sabor y calidad de los alimentos. Para empezar el rollo es muy chico en comparación con otros establecimientos, además de que pedí un medio Maki Philadelphia y solo pintaron mi sushi con Philadelphia, de haber sido el caso mejor pido un California. Pésima primera impresión dejaron en mi. No compren aquí

Que triste y decepcionante experiencia tuve ayer, había frecuentado este lugar por qué me encantó el sabor y la atención y ayer aparte de esperar más de una hora por mi pedido me llegó incompleto, me dijeron que no tenían masago y me lo cambiarían por Camaron y no lo hicieron, no tenía aguacate mi rollo, no tenía salsa de anguila, me faltó una rodaja poniendo de excusa que el gramaje del arroz es de 180 grs y que puede variar la cantidad entre 9 y 11 cuando claro dice en el menú 5 o 10 pz (pedí las de 10) El arroz sin sabor, insipidos , mal hechos. Me entregaron dos rollos primero y luego el tercero, que por qué se les acabo el arroz, pero eso se dice desde que se comienza a preparar mi pedido si ven que son tres rollos y no les alcanza algo me debieron comentar y no hacerme esperar más tiempo y que los otros rollos se hicieran aguados y feos. Muy muy mal servicio por parte de la 'gerente'
