Conforme a las condiciones de venta, la compra incluía, 5 horas de capacitación para configurar y aprender el uso del equipo. Se acordó que la capacitación la tomaríamos el martes 26 de octubre de 2021 a las 10:00 am. El martes de 26 de octubre, nos contacto una instructora, de nombre ELIZABHET, quien se presento como representante de BROTHER MÉXICO quien a su vez nos informo que ella nos impartiría la capacitación. Para la capacitación me pidió que si me podía hacer una videollamada, dado que no contaba con el equipo necesario para un enlace vía TEAMS o de perdida vía zoom. BROTHER MÉXICO, a 20 meses del inicio de la EMERGENCIA SANITARIA DEBIDO AL COVID, no cuenta con instalaciones adecuadas para impartir las capacitaciones vía remota. Iniciamos y la instructora, SUPUESTAMENT EXPERTA EN EL PLOTTER, desconocía el contenido de la caja en donde viene empacado el PLOTTER. De inmediato me percarte de la falta de conocimiento en la operación del equipo. Después de 4 horas y de consultar a otra experta en el equipo empleada de SHISHU y a la SUPUESTA ESPECIALISTA DE BROTHER MÉXICO MARTA RENDON, no pudieron hacer que el PLOTTER cortara. A LA FECHA SHISHU O MAGNUM DISTRIBUCIÓN SA DE CV, por conducto de la VENDEDORA LILIANA BROWN O EL GERENTE GUSTAVO SIGALE LÓPEZ, NO se quieren hacer responsable por el equipo. ME DIRIJO A TODA LA COMUNIDAD DEL SEGMENTO DE LAS ARTES GRÁFICAS PARA ALERTARLOS DE LA PESIMA EMPRESA QUE ES SHISHU Y LA PESIMA EMPRESA QUE ES BROTHER MÉXICO. SI DECIDEN HACER NEGOCIOS CON ESTAS PERSONAS, ES FOMENTAR EL CRECIMIENTO DE EMPRESAS CORRUPTAS Y CARENTES DE ETICA PROFESIONAL.
