★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una vergüenza. Compramos comida para llevar, un gohan Philadelphia. Nos cobraron una fortuna con propina, cuando fuimos nosotros quienes lo retiramos. Y nos entregaron un bowl de arroz blanco decorado con semillas. NADA MÁS. UNA ESTAFA.
A shame. We bought takeout, a Philadelphia gohan. They charged us a fortune with a tip, when we were the ones who removed it. And they gave us a bowl of white rice decorated with seeds. NOTHING MORE. A FRAUD.

The food was good and the dishes were brought quickly. The place was neglected, without a working laundry. The service wasn't the best either.

Pedí tres rollos y un Yakimeshi por los precios esperaba más, los rollos desabridos sabía más el vinagre del arroz que lo que contenían, dan 1/3 de contenedor de soya por rollo que sabe a agua y Limón, el waxxabi y el jengibre también venía muy poco y no usan platos biodegradables !!! No vuelo a pedir ni de broma !!!
Terrible !!! I ordered three rolls and a Yakimeshi for the prices I expected more, the bland rolls tasted more like rice vinegar than what they contained, they give 1/3 of a container of soy per roll that tastes like water and Lemon, the waxxabi and ginger also came very little and they don't use biodegradable dishes!!! I'm not going to ask for a joke!!!

They say they offer free delivery in Avandaro on orders of $250+ but upon ordering $920 for delivery 5km away and within Avandaro they tell me it is not free delivery. Not a big deal but irritating. Then the food arrives as a total mess - soup containers are squashed and the bag and all food items are covered with spilled soup. So it was not practicable to review the order on the spot. Later we find the order is incomplete - missing an entire roll. I call to report these issues. I understand accidents and errors happen, which I can’t accept. But they do not care... at all. It was reported to the manager - does not even respond. The food itself is mediocre at best - chewy beef, minimal fish in the rolls.
