Solo podrían mejorar el uso del portal con un manual o guías simples con mensajes emergentes ya que el resumen de comentarios no es visible tan fácilmente, también un espacio con actualizaciones y mensajes en cada envío sería genial.
Great service, they have had improvements with the incorporation of the WEB solution. They could only improve the use of the portal with a manual or simple guides with pop-up messages since the comment summary is not so easily visible, also a space with updates and messages in each post would be great.

Good service. My package took approximately 3 weeks from the day it arrived to them, it took a little longer than usual due to customs but everything arrived well and the national shipping was super fast. In less than 24 hours after it was sent, it had already arrived.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using this company for over a year for about 10 packages. They are super responsive. Very organized. I did not have any problems so far. All packages were delivered in perfect condition. They do hold the package for about 3 weeks before crossing the border. After that the package arrives within a few days. Their shipping to mexico time frame is similar to USA-Amazon. Their charges, shipping cost and importation fees are very similar to when shipping directly from USA Amazon, which is about 50% value of the order. When they twice charged me more, I questioned it and they brought their charges to this around 50% level right away. I use them for shipping things not available on Amazon.
