Son informales, incumplidores, poco serios, desidiosos e irresponsables. Podría elaborar mucho sobre todo lo que me pasó con ellos, pero basta decir con que quedaron de entregarme el día 26 de diciembre de 2016, estamos a 28 de abril de 2017 y no tengo el departamento. Esa es suficiente carta de presentación de la seriedad de esta empresa. Piénsenlo dos veces antes de adquirir cualquiera de sus desarrollos.
I just want people who are super excited to buy a house not to fall into the hands of these people. They are informal, non-compliant, not serious, desidious and irresponsible. I could elaborate a lot on everything that happened to me with them, but it is enough to say that they were left to deliver me on December 26, 2016, we are on April 28, 2017 and I do not have the department. That is enough letter of introduction of the seriousness of this company. Think twice before acquiring any of your developments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención postventa. Déspotas, prepotentes e incumplidos para atender los desperfectos después de un año de entrega. La calidad de los materiales no es la que ofrecen cuando venden. Antes de comprar pida referencias en los desarrollos ya terminados.
Terrible after-sales service. Despots, arrogant and unfulfilled to attend to the damages after a year of delivery. The quality of the materials is not what they offer when they sell. Before buying, ask for references on the developments already completed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En Avenida Primero de mayo #101 tienen a una "asesora" que, de mala gana, le grita a los vecinos de la colonia cuando paseamos a nuestros perros, ¿esa es la imagen de su empresa? ¿contratan a una persona poco seria y empática mientras en sus anuncios presumen que el edificio es pet friendly? Básicamente les está espantando nuevos clientes potenciales. Pongan atención sobre las personas que los representan.
On Avenida Primero de Mayo # 101 they have an "advisor" who reluctantly yells at the neighbors of the neighborhood when we walk our dogs, is that the image of your company? Do they hire a person who is not very serious and empathetic while in their advertisements they presume that the building is pet friendly? You are basically scaring them off new potential customers. Pay attention to the people who represent you.
