A	Administración TM Jesica Díaz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentable todo el proceso de entrega del departamento, desde la firma en la Notaria, la persona que fue de parte de Meriden no hacía otra cosa que mirar su reloj porque tenía que irse, después de haber llegado 10 minutos tarde, tuvo el descaro de no parar de mirar el reloj para irse, no había ninguna necesidad de que el esté en la firma, ya que lo único que hizo fue mostrar su desesperación por irse. A los 5 días que era la entrega del departamento, Adriana la persona encargada de hacerla, no tuvo la previsión de ir unos minutos antes y al menos tener los aires acondicionados prendidos, hacia un calor insoportable, cuando se le preguntó de este tema dijo que se entregaba sin luz y que en otros proyectos que tienen hasta sin agua (debería sentirme afortunado de al menos tener agua. Ya molesto se les preguntó que era necesario para el trámite con CFE y tanto ella como el administrador del edificio me dijeron que tenía que ir a CFE y llevar la copia de la escritura y así podría contratar el servicio, voy a CFE con las indicaciones de estos señores y me llevo la sorpresa que necesitaba un documento que debió de darme Meriden para poder realizar el contrato y como no lo tenía, todo fue una total pérdida de tiempo, es increíble lo incapaces y faltos de información del equipo de Meriden. Ya estando en el departamento al abrir el agua caliente apestaba a podrido, obviamente no habían tenido la previsión de revisar esos detalles como ninguno realmente. Se supone que al ya haber entregado el departamento debería de estar en condiciones de ser habitado (le pregunté a Adriana si al hacer entrega ya se podría vivir ahí y dijo que por supuesto); no se si el estándar de Meriden es que la gente viva en sus proyectos con cortes de agua y luz todo el tiempo, al parecer es así, ya que la experiencia que tengo hasta el momento es esa. Toda la incapacidad y falta de seguimiento de estos señores ya raya en lo ridículo, es una lástima que su estándar de calidad sea tan bajo, realmente una experiencia que no le deseo a nadie. Hablan de lujo y comodidades, claramente no tienen idea de lo que es eso!! Already annoyed, they were asked what was necessary for the procedure with CFE and both she and the building administrator told me that I had to go to CFE and bring the copy of the deed and so I could contract the service, I go to CFE with the indications of These gentlemen and I was surprised that I needed a document that Meriden must have given me in order to carry out the contract and since I did not have it, it was all a total waste of time, it is incredible how incapable and lacking information of the Meriden team. Already being in the apartment when opening the hot water stank of rotten, obviously they had not had the foresight to review those details like none really. It is assumed that after having delivered the apartment it should be in a condition to be inhabited (I asked Adriana if upon delivery it would already be possible to live there and she said of course); I do not know if Meriden's standard is that people live in their projects with water and electricity cuts all the time, apparently it is like that, since the experience I have so far is that. All the inability and lack of follow-up of these gentlemen already bordering on the ridiculous, it is a pity that their quality standard is so low, really an experience that I do not wish on anyone. They speak of luxury and amenities, they clearly have no idea what that is!
