La bolsa NO estaba rota, arrugada sí, como las otras que tienen mostrando, te mostraría fotos pero desgaraciadamente no las tomamos y esa bolsa está en la basura, el mismo lugar que la su buena atención al cliente. ?
Fijate que para nada es el dinero, sino la manera en que nos trataron nos dejó un malísimo sentimiento hacia como conducen su negocio y tratan a los clientes.

Una de las peores experiencias que he tenido en una tienda de regalos, necesitábamos unas bolsas de papel de las cuales tienen una selección "decente" pero necesitábamos saber si iba a caber dentro y no cupo.
Les decimos que gracias y procedemos a retirarnos o la cual una de las jovencitas que atiende nos hizo pagar la bolsa ya que "se había dañado" mientras que había otras bolsas aún más dañadas en display.?
Y por esos precios creo fácilmente les permite absorber los gastos de "estar en el negocio"

Notice that money is nothing, but the way they treated us left us with a very bad feeling about how they conduct their business and treat customers.

One of the worst experiences I've had in a gift shop, we needed some paper bags of which have a "decent" selection but we needed to know if it was going to fit inside and it didn't fit.
We tell you that thank you and we proceed to withdraw or which one of the girls she attends made us pay for the bag since it had been "damaged" while there were other bags even more damaged on display.
And for those prices I think it easily allows them to absorb the costs of "being in business"
