Andi was super nice, very helpful, experienced and knew a lot about the diving site and the fishes. Even afterwards she answered all my questions (via whatsapp) regarding the animals that we saw and recommend other places to go diving in Mexico! Thanks a lot??

This was the second year in a row that I had the privilege of diving with Liz and Andi. I have special needs following an accident in 2018, cervical and thoracic spine fusion was required back then. And, I am a big man. Liz and Andi have literally taken me by the hand and helped me see three cenotes now. Hells Bells and Dos Ojos were stunning. Dark and deep with Hells Bells. Bright and stunningly clear at Dos Ohos. The third location l don’t recall the name of, but there I experienced the hydrogen sulfide clouds down deep that seem supernatural. Amazing! I know Liz is a professional photographer also and provided me with spectacular pictures and short videos that I hadn’t expected. Both provided me with pictures. I am unable to attach a photo here or I would. Five stars does not go high enough to rate my experience.

Had a great two tank dive today with Andi. This was my first dive after full certification and I was a bit nervous, but Andi calmed my nerves with her smooth and confident manner and as my dive buddy. What a wonderful time and Andi’s 14 years of diving experience certainly made me feel comfortable and allowed me to fully enjoy the dive. I highly recommend Andi and Shutterfish Scuba Diving

I am very pleased with my diving experience with Shutterfish. I thought diving was a thing exclusively for experts, but they taught me that basically everyone can do it. Andrea is a great instructor, very patient and always willing to help. I always felt safe and protected, both during the first class in the pool and in the ocean. Liz takes impressive photographs underwater that are definitely worth getting, sort of a cinematic kind of thing! The whole team is great, they have a long experience and know the best scuba diving spots in the whole Mayan Riviera and even in other parts of Mexico. They're always smiling and working hard to make the diving experience an unforgettable memory. I will definitely be back to get my dive certification with Shutterfish :)

Andrea was amazing. I got me scuba certification last year in January of 2021 in Jamaica and I went back to increase it to 60 feet in January of 2022 in The Dominican Republic. I only had 4 dives in, 2 each year. So as you would expect a quick refresher course was in order. She was extremely patient and accommodating. Plus I was still struggling with my buoyancy control and she took time to work with me one on one and taught me 2 additional different techniques that my other instructors had not. Now I am much better at my buoyancy control. The dives were great and the water was clear. Andrea took pictures and video of all of us at no additional charge. The pictures were fantastic and Andrea and her colleague were attentive and patient we explored everything under water. I can't wait to get back and do more dives with her and her team.

I would give them 100 ⭐️ if there were 100 to give! Absolute BEST dive charter I have ever been on! Andi, Liz, René and the entire crew provided top notch service from the planning phase to the lunch after diving phase (marlin tacos are AMAZING!). We usually don’t visit the same place twice to dive, but this crew has absolutely made us plan another trip to Cancun JUST to dive with them! I legit can’t say enough nice things about them.

Best scuba diving experience ever , staff goes above and beyond to make sure you learn and have a good time . Always on time , knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in your satisfaction. Had dove 6 times with them already and I’ll keep coming back as much as I can . Definitely worth it . Andrea and Liz are great

A Breathtaking Intimate Experience! After having some issues booking with another charter, I was left "last minute" looking for my dream underwater experience and Shutterfish Scuba Diving answered the call. Andi was quick to respond, and quite literally answered my prayers as I had felt defeated and that I wouldn't be able to make it out! The whole experience from start to finish was just great and time went by in a blink of an eye. Andi is a very experienced diver and was able to work with our small group well and convey all the instructions to perfection. Starting out in a pool, you’ll be able to get a feel for the equipment, exercise your breathing in a controlled setting and go through some common underwater scenarios that you may encounter such as getting water under your mask or in your breathing apparatus. After everyone has gotten comfortable and passes these few steps, you’ll all get into a boat and travel to the dive locations. The ride out is nice and there were plenty of things to look at along the way. Once in the water, you’ll travel down and begin your explorations. I recommend a GoPro or equivalent camera to capture all the oceans beauty for viewing later. We visited a series of statues and vehicles that had been sunk to create new reef life. We also explored a choral reef and swam among schools of fish. I can’t even begin to tell you about the aquatic life a saw, truly a breathtaking experience that you absolutely must try! There’s another world down under water that everyone should have the pleasure of experiencing if possible. If you’re ever spending some time in Cancun and wish to truly go on a breathtaking, comfortable, underwater journey look no further.
