Pero tuvieron mi laptop demasiado tiempo, mandaba mensajes y me decían que ya la habían formateado pero que el problema seguía ahí. Ya para los últimos días me dijeron que fuera por ella, que estaría formateada y lista. Y resulta que no le habían dicho al técnico que tenía que hacerlo. Que sólo hicieron un chequeo "general" (Aunque ya llevaba ahí UNA SEMANA) Y la deje para que ahora sí la formatearon, (porque nada de eso habían hecho y no fue culpa del técnico, a el no le avisaron) pregunté si actualizaría los drivers y todo y me dijeron que si, y al final aquí estoy yo, actualizando todo, porque seguía dándome errores. También pedí en un total de 4 veces una cotización para el cambio de teclado, y ni eso hicieron. I don't usually put bad reviews because I don't like it. But they had my laptop too long, I sent messages and they told me that they had already formatted it but that the problem was still there. Already for the last few days they told me to go for it, that it would be formatted and ready. And it turns out they hadn't told the technician that he had to. That they only did a "general" check (Although I was already there ONE WEEK) And I left it so that now they formatted it, (because none of that had been done and it was not the technician's fault, he was not notified) I asked if he would update the drivers and everything and they said yes, and in the end here I am, updating everything, because it kept giving me errors. I also asked for a quote of 4 times for the keyboard change, and they didn't do that.
