★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice place, simple decor but cozy. Be aware there is only one loo and connected with part of the kitchen so to get there you can bump into the staff holding dishes or wine glasses and they are not really welcoming people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good appetizers and Mexican wine. Unfortunately, a terrible group of musicians showed up and played for drunk customers for an hour. It ruined the experience. At some point, the staff should put a stop to drunk behavior. I couldn't have a conversation with my companion. I am never going back to this place and I won't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Mexican wines with a tasting presented by Cesar that makes us think that Mexican wines will be the next big thing in wine. The atmosphere is great building was clean if a little small but a good time was had by all. Thanks Cesar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I went to SI Mon bar to taste some Mexican wines. It was a great experience. The bar is located in the hip Roma neighborhood of Mexico city. Omar, our waiter was very amicable and spoke to us in English, explaining the wine regions in Mexico and the grape varietals. We tried 6 different varities from rose to red. You can buy a vaso or a glass. I went with vaso size (125ml) that way I could try more wines.Great service, amazing wines. We left with 3 bottles. We would buy more, but it wouldn't fit in our suitcase.? So excited to add these gems to our wine collection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I joined a wine tasting they offered and it was a really nice experience learning more about these particular Mexican wines called “Beasts” from the Baja California region. I also had a Margarita pizza and the olives both recommended. The dressings offered were fantastic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The venue was hip with high chairs and tables outside. There were also some seats inside. Service was friendly but could be faster. Prices were decent, however the quality of the food could be improved. Menu was kind of varied but limited at the same time. Good cocktail and wine menu. Overall, a different venue in Mexico City to get some type of Spanish “tapas” but mostly charcuterie and strong cheeses.
